 What platform do you use to build websites?

All websites are custom-built using Webflow. We don’t use WordPress or off-the-shelf templates — every site is fully tailored to your brand, mobile-optimised, and easy for you to update post-launch.

 How long does the web design process take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope, but most websites are completed within 4–8 weeks. A one-page site is typically faster, while multi-page sites with CMS, blog setup, or custom features may take a bit longer.

What’s included in the custom website package?

Each website package includes:

• Custom design (no templates)
• Desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness
• Webflow development
• SEO-friendly structure
• Integration of your branding, copy, and images

Additional services like blog setup, copywriting, and image sourcing are available as add-ons.

Can you write the copy for my website too?

Yes — we offer copywriting as an add-on. If you already have content, we’ll help refine and format it. If not, we can write up to 800 words per page based on your brand voice and goals.

What if I need more pages later?

No problem! You can always add extra pages — either during your initial build or after launch. We offer flexible add-ons for static pages or CMS pages as your business grows.

Can I make updates to my site after it’s live?

Yes — Webflow makes it easy to manage content like text, images, blog posts, and CMS collections. We also offer website maintenance packages if you’d like ongoing support after launch.

Will my website be SEO-optimized?

Yes — we build with clean HTML, structured headings, fast load times, and meta tags in place. Basic SEO is included in every package, and advanced SEO services can be added if needed.

Will I be trained on how to use my new site?

Absolutely. After launch, you’ll receive a short video walkthrough of your Webflow site so you feel confident updating content, publishing blog posts, and making basic changes.

Do you offer bilingual or multi-language sites?

Yes — we offer localization support (e.g., English + French) as an add-on. This includes duplicated page structure, copy integration, and toggle or menu language switching.

Do I own my website once it’s done?

Yes — once your project is complete and paid in full, the website is 100% yours.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes — all plan tiers require a 12-month commitment. This gives us time to build momentum, refine your strategy, and see results. After 12 months, your plan continues monthly until you cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Do I have to commit to a 12-month plan?

Yes, our core plans require a 12-month commitment to ensure consistency and real growth. After that, you can switch to a month-to-month plan.

What’s included in the monthly fee?

It depends on the plan! Each includes core services (e.g., social posts, website edits, blog posts), priority support, and monhtly reports. Add-ons are available à la carte.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — you can upgrade/downgrade anytime. Downgrades can be made after the 12-month period ends.

What if I miss a payment?

We allow a 14-day grace period. After that, late fees or account pauses may apply. All terms are outlined in your service agreement.

How do you gather content from me?

We use smart intake forms and a client portal to collect brand info, media, and preferences. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

Do I need to provide photos and videos?

Not necessarily — we can work with what you have, use high-quality stock, or even coordinate in-person shoots (select locations only).

How often do I get to review or approve content?

You’ll receive a monthly content calendar to review and approve before publishing. We welcome feedback and edits.

Can you create content even if I’m not local?

Absolutely. We create remote-friendly content using your brand materials, stock assets, and AI-powered design tools.
